Radford reports on this because Cleveland has experienced the same decline Buffalo did when the steel mills shutdown.

November-December

Reports center around political and foreign affairs. Americans sent to Bosnia to mitigate the peace, because according to President Clinton, that was all they needed to do. In December 50 members from the 107th Air Reserve headed for duty in Europe. Here they will fly planes to patrol Bosnia.
