| Fr. Ruther's mourning dove was an example of his exceptional
privilege,
as he was so deserving and loved to be able to keep a living animal
within the library walls. One can see Fr. Joe's left hand
holding the Bible, though missing is the look of peace
and kindness on his face. |
|
| An example of a Fr. Joe carving, the original is 16 inches from
left to right and 5 inches top to bottom depicting six geese in
flight. This is a fantastic
piece, Fr. Joe was indeed an accomplished artist. |
