The townhouse apartments are located in the Glen of St. Clare, behind the Garden Apartments, and the Village of St. Anthony, along Francis Rd., and were built in the mid nineties. Each Townhouse consists of eight apartments, a laundry room, and two common lounges. They house junior and senior students. Each apartment can house four students with their own rooms, while some house six students. The apartments all include two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
