Koop Lab

The Koop Lab is a student-produced and student-run newscast, that gave Journalism and Mass Communications (J/MC) students the opportunity to work in front of and behind the camera in a simulated newsroom setting. The Lab was dedicated to Bob Koop on September 17, 1998 as gift from Inez and Erich Koop in memory of their son. Although Bob had never attended St. Bonaventure the parents felt that the University had a quality journalism program and had a desire to memorialize him in the region where he worked. This file contained images and articles of the Koop Lab and of Bob Koop himself.
