Thomas Brett
Graduated 1964
Brett was very active on campus.
He played on the first intercollegiate soccer team,
played baseball, and was a member of the English Club.
Brett said the most important skills he learned from ROTC
were to “move, shoot and communicate.”
He served during the Vietnam War and left the service in
1968 to pursue a degree in law. Brett served as a trial attorney
for the United States Antitrust division and in 1997 founded his
own law firm. In 2002
Mr. Brett was inducted into the ROTC Wall of Fame.
“The biggest change in my life caused by ROTC was an
increase in my confidence … ROTC has served as an important
building block in my life.”
