Francis Hall was vacated when the Diocese of Buffalo combined the seminary with the St. John Vianney Seminary in East Aurora.

Today Francis Hall has the capacity to house 250 students.  It gives privacy to students who desire their own room and also gives haven to people who would like to get away from the western side of campus.  It also houses a number of University offices.
