St. Bonaventure's Student Activities Council changed its name to Student Programming Board in 1990. The Constitution for SPB was formally adapted on December 12, 1990. The name did not last for long, only until 1994.
Steve Plesac, the Director of Student Activities at St. Bonaventure since 1989, says the greatest challenge for programming events is "getting people to come" because students are "all about the name."
