In 2010, a large collection of correspondence from Timothy McVeigh was added to the collection.  It includes over 100 letters in which McVeigh discusses the bombing, the book, the death penalty and his life.  It also includes the enclosures he added to many of the letters.  These are magazine and internet articles, official documents, and examples of correspondence with other people, both within and outside of, his personal circle.  In the future a collection of audio interviews with McVeigh will become part of the collection. Copies of two additional letter were added in 2020. (2020.41) The originals of these are housed at the Oklahoma National Memorial and Museum.

This page describes the contents of these files.  It notes the folder names, which are usually dates of the letters, and any annotations about the contents of those files added by Lou Michel.  Enclosures are listed.  Additional description has been added by the archival staff where appropriate.
