What are they up to now? -As of Fall 2010

Kevin A. Keenan (’82) has been the director of the Office of Communications for the Diocese of Buffalo since 2000. He is the first layperson to hold the position. As communications director, he serves as the chief spokesperson for Bishop Edward U. Kmiec.
He is also editor-in-chief of the Western New York Catholic, the monthly diocesan newspaper, which has twice been named the top large-circulation Catholic newspaper in the United States and Canada by the Catholic Press Association.
Prior to joining the diocese, he spent 16 years at WBEN Radio. He has also worked in radio and television in Rochester and Olean, and has served in the United States Army Reserve.
Kevin and his wife, Deborah, and their son, Connor, live in the town of Tonawanda, N.Y. He is the son of longtime Bona professor, the late Leo E. Keenan Jr.
