Physical Description:

The typescript is stamped 'Setting Copy'.  Every page is stamped 31340, could be an accession number.  There are notations in red ink, blue ink, and pencil.  These seem to be printer's notes.  A red pencil was used to underline large sections of text.  Page numbers in the upper left corner are crossed out and written in the upper right corner with new numbers.

These leaves are unbound book pages with text on one side only.  There are no marks on any of the leaves.

Physical Description:

The envelope is addressed to Random House from The Haddon Craftsmen, Inc.  Ash Street and Wyoming Avenue  Scranton, Penn. 18509.  There is a message written in the lower left corner "manuscript, layouts for Jim Bishop: Reporter".

Physical Description:

Every sheet is stamped "The Haddon Craftsmen Scranton, Pa; Printer's Proof' Please Return this set with your corrections marked thereon; Aug. 19, 1965".  This is stamped in red in the upper right corner.   It is initialed Ct in green on every sheet in the upper right corner. The top of every sheet before the text, has Bank 69 and a Slide number starting with Slide 32.  The Slide number increases by one for each sheet.  All but the first 4 sheets are stamped 'Master Set' in blue.  There are 2 pages per sheet.  Notations are made throughout in red, green, and blue ink and pencil.  These are printer's marks and corrections.

Physical Description:

Every sheet is stamped "The Haddon Craftsmen  Scranton, Pa.; Printer's Proof; Please Return this set with your corrections marked thereon; Oct. 13, 1965".  This is stamped in red in the upper right corner of every sheet.   It is initialed ln in blue on every sheet in the upper right corner.  The sheets are stamped 'Master Set' in blue.  Very few notations are made on the sheets, the ones that are seem to be printer's marks and are done in blue ink or pencil.
