      for a complimentary caf=E9 beverage or snack, said Andrea Bidell, =

      executive director for the Annual Fund.</FONT></P>

      not only do faculty and staff give back with their expertise and =

      raised $78,168.34, exceeding its $78,000 goal, and drew a 31 =
percent=20
      participation rate.</FONT></P>

money=20
      raised in the campaign can benefit a specific department, =
curriculum,=20
      scholarship or endowment with a restricted donation; or, with an=20
      unrestricted donation, it can be sent to where the university=92s =

      aid is needed the most.</FONT></P>
      <P><FONT face=3D"Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">But the =
dollar amount=20
      means less than the participation rate, as other donors and =
companies take=20
      faculty participation into consideration when making =
