2016 Hellinger Award Winner- Andrew J. Bevevino
A native of Warren, Pa., Bevevino graduated summa cum laude with an honors degree in strategic communication & digital media. He works in Buffalo at Martin Davison Public Relations, the fastest-growing public relations firm in upstate New York. He executes media relations, strategic communications and social media campaigns for clients like M&T Bank, 7-Eleven and Independent Health.
Bevevino’s internship experiences included a stint at the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum as a digital strategy intern, a position for which he was awarded the American Advertising Federation's Vance & Betty Lee Stickell Scholarship, an honor given to the top 15 American Advertising Federation students in the nation.
He participated in various communications-related activities during his time at St. Bonaventure, including WSBU-The Buzz, the American Advertising Federation and The Intrepid. With the help of numerous Jandoli School faculty, he penned a novel during his senior year for his Honors project.
