At a meeting of the Trustees
of the St. Francis Missionary &
Benevolent Society the folowing [sic]
By Laws were Unanimously
adopted.
     1 The meeting of the Trus-
tees shall be on the Second
Monday of March, or as soon
thereafter as possible.  A
Majority of the Trustees shall
form a quorum or business.
The President or any two Trustees
may call a special meeting for
important business.
2  At the meeting in March
a President Secretary & Treasurer
shall be annually elected &
these officers shall make
a report before leaving offices.
3 When a vacancy occurs by
death, resignation, or removal
out of the state the vacancy shall
be filled at the regular or called
meeting subsequent to such
